I know Doyle as Robin meet him as a neighbor in around 1987 we were friends wright off the bat . We would set in my boat in front yard and drink beer and smoke pot like everyone else did in the day . He started working we me in my concrete business always gave his all and anything he did . The man had a big heart and cared about your well being. He wasn´t dealt the best off hand growing up put always made the best of what he had. His friendship turned into more a brother from another mother to me . He wasn´t aware of what was coming from knowing me from my past in another direction as my father history as a pilot. Robin you ever been to the Reno air races. The rest is history to him hooked on September when the race was on . Every year from about 1987 to around 2017 we didn´t miss a race off to the desert we camped for 4 days. The planes would come by us at 500 plus. To see the look in his eyes told the story. This is something that will be my best memory of my dear friend and brother. We drank from the time we got there to the time we left. Not feeling too good come Monday morning but it was all worth it
I wish I could have been there for him in his time of need not my journey to me another direction. He had a few friends help him out in his need an I appreciate them for that and I know he loved these men . Craig and Dusty I want to thank you
A have so many wonderful memories of this man because a memory is all we have of the past. I loved this guy always a place in my heart for him I know he looking down in September to Reno a better view over head of the races
My heart goes out to his family and friends from his brother from another mother.

Gregory

Dobby "Robin" my cousin. We grew up together. Our family was close, family reunions every year at Clear Lake. Riding our horses, camping at every water hole and fishing hole in the twin cities. Dob was the best fishing buddy I ever had. Never said no. I could never out fish him, not ever
.
Greg Brown thanks for all you did for Robin. He really liked and appreciated you. And yes Dobby loved those damn air races you took him to. He was always trying to talk me into joining you guys. And I had no interest in it. Now I feel ashamed for not allowing him to win that one.
